Ive been here several times, seen both Dr. Nate & Dr David and I’m really impressed with the progress I’ve made I injured my shoulder at work and each time I seen the doctors they both took the time to explain each adjustment and its benefits, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming-you will definitely walk out feeling better and with a smile. Plenty of parking too!! I moved from San Francisco to Orange County a couple of years ago. I looked for a chiropractor in my area and covered by my insurance. I found one that was very close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have seen Dr. Nate for acupuncture and cupping, and I see Dr. David regularly for chiropractic care. They are very thorough, seem to care and listen to your concerns, and give you great feedback on things you can do on your own between visits. I highly recommend True Health to address your needs.

Before I saw Dr. David and Dr. Nate my posture was terrible. I was a whole inch shorter than my full height. After years of surfing, swimming, running, school, desk work, and business travel, Dr. David and Dr. Nate methodically improved my spine and posture with weekly treatments and home exercises, coupled with strength training and rowing. I've had a number of acute sprains and strains that they have treated me for, as well. I also mix in acupuncture and cupping at the clinic. Never had an issue making an appointment, or with billing. For cash payments after insurance runs out their fees are well-priced.

This is the best chiropractor I've ever visited! I was treated for my low back pain by Dr. David and got acupuncture for my headaches by Dr. Nate. I consistently did the stretches I was told to do and now my back pain is gone. Thank you! 😁
