The Vivos Institute

We had a wonderful experience at Vivos Institute. They efficiently hosted about 60 sellers and vendors in a conveniently located meeting room near the hotel. The space was well-sized, allowing everyone to hear presentations easily. Two AV techs were always available to assist across three meeting spaces during our two-day event. Food and snacks were fresh and delicious, with the drink station consistently refilled. The attentive staff kept everything clean and ready for breaks or meals. I highly recommend this facility for meetings, training, or group events. The group noted the quality of the meeting space and commented on the food served at the work event.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service during our event at Vivos. The space was perfect for our needs, with a professional yet comfortable ambiance that impressed all of our attendees! The A/V equipment worked flawlessly, making our presentations seamless. We also had A/V staff at the ready if we ran into any issues. The catering was excellent, with delicious food and beverages that our team thoroughly enjoyed. All the staff were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I can't recommend this venue enough for a well-run and successful company meeting. The staff, food & beverage and audio-visual at the VIVOS Institute were exceptional! Any last minute logistics that came up the staff handled brilliantly. The food was some of the best we have had at any of our events. I really liked having the break station so attendees could help themselves to snacks/beverages throughout the day. The space is the perfect size for education and networking. The audio-visual was state of the art and since I'm not super tech savvy having an AV technician on-site to help the speakers was extremely helpful. The location is fifteen minutes from the Denver airport and near several hotels. It is also conveniently located to the train station for easy access to downtown Denver. I highly recommend the Vivos Institute as an incredible education venue at a very reasonable cost.

Vivos Institute has been an excellent source for event space. They are able to host a variety of events for small groups and large ones. Their meeting rooms are all state of the art and they provide excellent catering service. The food is always wonderful and the customer service is excellent. They are amazing partners to work with and we look forward to many more events together in the future!

My experience at The Vivos Institute was exceptional. Vivos hosted our Bible Conference of 170 attendees over Labor Day weekend. The location was ideal - close to a variety of accommodations, the airport, as well as many other conveniences. The facility itself was immaculate - clean and professional. The chairs were comfortable, there were homey touches throughout, and an amazing amount of windows and natural lighting. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, there were plenty of charging stations for devices, and the audiovisual equipment and technical support was excellent. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The catering team offered a wide variety of tasty menu choices as well as the ability to customize. I was impressed with their capabilities of accommodating the number of gluten free guests in our group. The food, snacks and beverages were always plentiful and out in perfect timing What brings The Vivos Institute to the next level is the people. The staff are some of the warmest, friendliest, most welcoming and hospitable individuals I have encountered in the service industry. Truly remarkable. The staff was efficient, helpful and never without a smile. The food and drinks are buffet style, but they often offered to get drinks and jumped in if extra hands were needed in line, carrying plates or assisting kids. They went above and beyond to enhance our experience when they offered thoughtful gestures: printing coloring pages for potentially squirming kids, offering their time and vehicle to help with transportation if needed, brainstorming for a venue and activities for the youth group and the use of the auditorium. I was blown away by the pure awesomeness of the people at Vivos and their beautiful facility. I cannot recommend them enough! Prepare to be wowed!
