A THIRD OF THE WAY THROUGH I am about a third of the way through my treatment. I have experienced rapid relief of most of my pain due to spinal deformation, caused by merely sitting too much and not exercising my back and neck sufficiently through the years. I thought my lower back pain and neck pain and headaches were merely symptoms of old age. I am extremely happy with the treatments and the take home equipment Meridian Health Center has provided me. I look forward to even better results before the treatments are over. I have already gained increased energy and concentration. I am hoping to continue to be productive in my life for several more years to come. Meridian Health Center was a great choice. HALFWAY THROUGH I just finished about halfway through the program. The pain in my back is completely gone. There is still a little stiffness in the morning that I can work out with the exercise equipment. In my neck there is still just a little pain, nowhere near as bad as I initially had at the start. The exercises and treatment are working. And the headaches from the neck pain are gone. I think that by the end of the program even the remaining minor pain in my neck will be gone. Because if the neck exercises, my neck muscles are getting stronger. My triglycerides and glucose levels are high. I showed Meridian Health Center my blood test results. Dr. Joe recommended some nutrition supplements and a diet away from sugar and starches. I will be getting a blood draw soon, but the diet has caused me to lose several inches of fat stored around my waste, so I am optimistic the diet is reducing the excess sugars in my body and blood system. So far, I am experiencing great results. I am looking forward to the results at the end of the program. ONE YEAR FOUR MONTHS Great results after the end of the first year. My blood test came back with both triglyceride and glucose level within the normal range due to the low sugar and starch diet. Great news considering the research that says that the excess stored sugars in the brain are a principal cause of dementia and mental in people my age. The bioscan indicated that my body may have fought off the COVID 19 virus, but the blood test showed no antibodies to indicate that I have ever had COVID 19. Maybe my DNA prevented me from getting it. I have certainly been around enough people who have had it. I don't believe I need to be vaccinated. Dr. Kristan indicates that the bioscan shows increase healthy results on many of my organs. At the end of the year, I was still experiencing some minor daily neck pain, but with the exercises, the adjustments every two weeks, and the vibration machine concentrating on my neck, my neck pain on a daily basis is completely gone, even with continued increase in stress due to returning to work on a regular basis. My x-ray shows that my spine is very close to proper alignment. Dr. Joe made some minor adjustments to my exercise treatments to obtain perfect alignment. Now, four months past the first year of treatment, I can feel the alignment improving. The daily neck pain is gone. Sometimes when I neglect my daily neck exercises, it returns, but one day of exercise, and the pain is gone again for several days. I am optimistic that with continued, daily exercise, the neck pain will be a thing of the past. I highly recommend Meridian Health Center for appropriate everyday health treatment and good rehabilitative habits. Of course, I am not recommending Meridian as a substitute for an MD. if you need and MD, but Meridian Health Center can certainly help for treatment of body pains and many health issues at a much lower cost than going to a medical doctor. Meridian Health Center would also alert you to the fact that you may have a health problem that might require a visit to your MD. Meridian Health Center is a very, friendly, family-oriented, Christian Center and welcomes anyone, needing help with health issues.

Dr. Joe and Dr. Kristin are excellent chiropractors. They care for you in all phases of your life both physically and nutritionally. The office is run very efficiently and is a great, positive experience.

My daughter's and I have been going to Meridian Health Center for over 3 years, and they are AMAZING!! We see Dr. Joseph Singh for adjustments and his lovely wife Dr. Kristin Hoffman Singh for BioScan and also we see Reiley Sosnowski for BioScan. I am starting Neurological Feedback with Regina Italiano for my daughter currently. We have done this in the past. All the staff there feel like family to me and the environment is wonderful!

Great place to go if you need help with anything body wise. They are experts in health nutrition and exercise I've been in the golf business for 30 years now and I've always worked with Joe and his team at meridian health center. I've been with him over 20 years!!
