I went to Dr. Mangas trying to get relief for a painful knee. I officiate football ball and just assumed the pain was due to the constant pounding of running up and down the field. Dr. Mangas examined the knee. He then went lower to the calf and achilles tendon. He had his assistant massage that area and showed me a very simple stretch. That relieved the pain. Went out that night to officiate 2 games pain free. I now start my day and every game with this stretch. Don’t know how he does it, but he finds the real problem and fixes it.
