I went into Spartan Chiropractic a few weeks ago with a sports related injury in my lower back to see if I could find any sort of relief because no matter how much stretching I did the pain was still there. I was having a ton of pain each time I swung but I now have none. Not only do I not have pain while swinging, I have much more flexibility in my back and shoulders allowing me to have better posture and mobility. Highly recommend checking them out.
