Its been a miracle to walk without pain!! To have success in pain management and continued improvement. Such an amazing team of doctors and staff! I have had popping in the knee, extreme pain everyday in both knees for years. It felt like bone on bone. Before looking into knee replacement I decided for introductory price I could seek nonsurgery evaluation different than only chiropractic. My second Shockwave treatment at Navigate Health changed my life! Recently after 2 months without pain my knee was inflamed as I over did lifting and climbing stairs and the first time in months my knee hurt!! After my appt. two days ago I had immediate results! No pain and swelling was gone!! I am being seen for knees, low back, and neck. Navigate team has been a Godsend for my health.

After a couple of months with hand numbness traveling up my arm along with extreme neck & shoulder blade pain I needed help. I visited a top notch sports orthopedic specialist who treats profession athletes. I had an MRI, X-rays and 2 office visits only to be referred to a pain management specialist for cortisone shots. I had a choice to rely on pharmaceutical injections/meds or find an alternative natural way. I was highly recommended to Navigate Health & Wellness in mid- June 2025 and I attended my first appointment. With that said, Navigate took X-rays, studied my issues, formulated an action plan which they totally articulated in detail. I received six treatments from their softwave machine (one weekly) and the difference was almost instant. My numbness is completely gone! While doing softwave, my program was two neck/back adjustments (both at the same time) weekly & naturally without cracking my body. I'm astonished to say that today is August 21st, and I feel amazing! I'm 53 years old and was told I'd have to live with a chronic issue that couldn't be rectified without pharmaceuticals. I don't buy that gimmic as there are natural ways of healing. I'm beyond blessed and this has been worth every penny spent. The staff & doctors are top notch!!! I would describe them as being extremely personable, kind, facilitating your every need and treating you like a family member in lieu of a number unlike most doctors offices.
