An excellent massage prior to the chiropractic session. However, the chiro adjustment was subpar. I've seen chiropractors for 20 years. I left this appointment with pain -- that makes it difficult to walk at times. Prior to this appointment, I just had an achy, but tolerable pain. I will travel back to Arizona just to see my old chiropractor.
