Went in for severe lower back pain that I had been dealing with for a few days. A month prior I had surgery on my shoulder that I figured would make it harder to adjust my lower back but after explaining everything there was no plan of action explained to me on what we was going to do to make it better he just started adjusting my upper back. There was no plans on doing anything to my lower back other than the e-stims and some sound wave device to which both only made it worse. If there was some explanation or course of action explained to what we could do to help then maybe I would have understood why he couldn't do more but nothing was explained. I told the lady who took my money that I felt no better than when I got there and she kinda just shrugged it off and proceeded to take my $100. I did call later that day after the pain kept getting worse and they said they can schedule me the next day for more money. I expect I would have to pay again but I explained I wanted to see someone else. Later that day the chiropractor I seen earlier that day called me back because he seen I scheduled with someone else (which made me uncomfortable) and asked me some questions about the pain and he said he would follow up the next morning. He did not follow up the next morning which again made me even more uncomfortable to which I decided to not return and seek medical attention elsewhere. I wish I would have had an experience that so many others have had here but I did not. I'm sure they are all great people and maybe I caught him on a off day but if you are having a off day as a medical professional then maybe take the day off.

Ashley is great! Room is comfortable, warm and peaceful. She has amazing strength to work on bundles of tight muscles and adjusts pressure according to the needs of her clients. I can tell such a difference in my body the day after a massage.
