Dr Mejia is amazing!! She takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and addresses them doesn’t discount them. Very happy with their services. I’ve had numerous procedures done and everyone is friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Disorganized, unreliable. Hugely disappointing experience with Pima Pain after showing up for my follow-up scheduled two months prior. They had no record of this appointment that I set up with them during my initial visit. Central apparently doesn't coordinate properly with Southwest. Didn't get to see a doctor, only was offered to get another appointment at some point in the future. I left and when I got home someone called to say that actually my appointment was on the books, and that I should come back. I expressed my frustration with their disorganized staff and that they'd already wasted enough of my time today. Why couldn't the staff at Southwest figure this out while I was standing there insisting that I had a scheduled appointment?

Individuals that work at Pima Pain are great. Wait time is horrible. This is the 3rd time out of 6 that I have waited 45 minutes past appointment time. They call to offer a different date and time from original time to only have you wait longer.
