I have been going to chiropractors for many many years and though it has helped me, the fear of potential complications of neck cracking started to really concern me. I had been thinking about trying to find someone who practiced gentle chiropractic and when I saw an ad on Facebook for a discounted consultation and first treatment, it felt like a sign. I first came to my treatment and the information I learned about my posture and how my stress affects my body was enough to convince me to give this practice a try in hopes of healing my body and in turn healing my mind. I also decided to bring my three kiddos in for a consultation and all three of them are now receiving treatment here in this practice as well. I’ve already noticed small changes their bodies and behaviors. For me, In the short time, I’ve been coming here, I have noticed significant changes in my baseline back pain after a severe injury and changes in my posture and ability to breathe deeply. I look forward to seeing the further progress myself and my kiddos will make receiving treatment here!

The most recent benefit from my entrainment has been my right hand becoming almost 100% pain free, no more trigger finger and mobility improving substantially.
