New patient experience Atrocious! Firstly, front desk needs politeness tutorials. Not nice on phone; refuses to give name when asked. 1st appointment cancelled...with an hour notice. No reason given. 6.19.24 Second appointment cancelled too. Today. 6.26.24 BUT didn't even have the decency to do it ahead of time. They waited until I got there, drove, traveled, parked, came in...to be sent away again. Cancelled. On the spot. There is never a second chance to make a first impression. Needless to say...this is not the place for me. UNPROFESSIONAL! If you don't want to honor appointments, why the hell are you making them? No names. They're disrespectful faces. No names. Other than WORTHLESS. EVERYONE WORKING THERE: WORTHLESS.
