Doctor was very kind & interested in my history & addressed my pain

I went here for treatment after a car accident for my neck. During the second visit, I was in severe pain with my neck during treatment. It was so severe I had to stop everything and even sitting made it more painful. I then immediately experienced severe and total numbness in my thumb. I had severe burning neuropathy, loss of temperature in my thumb and pain running down from my neck into my right hand, making my thumb completely numb to the bone. It was very clear that my median nerve had been affected. Justin ordered MRIs and then when they came back, just said they were fine and to start doing physical therapy again. At this point, I hadn't been able to work, volunteer, drive as much as I was, and I was consistently dropping things and in severe pain. When I called the office to talk about my MRIs, which did show narrowing around the median nerve, I was told he was out of town and wouldn't be there until the next week. When I insisted he call he did, and told me to just do less physical therapy. And that it was a pinched nerve somewhere along the pathway. And then when I emailed to follow up about that he blew me off telling me I should just go somewhere else. And said my nerve pain was neurological…my nerve pain is not from my brain, it's from my median nerve. I'm disgusted by this treatment, and it's honestly on the verge of malpractice.
