Dr. Hello is the real deal. I first saw him after a car accident and later for follow ups. He's amazing at how he supports his patients, has great, easy rapport with his clients and is a very talented doctor. Highest of high recommendations!

I went into Orca with trap/shoulder discomfort that was becoming unbearable due to an injury that had inconsistent treatment. I started a weekly routine with Mark and a year later, I have felt such an improvement in that area. I had been using the wrong muscles like my traps and lats to move rather than my core, and despite pilates and yoga, still wasn’t feeling a full recovery. The additional treatment with Mark helped heal the muscular issues I was having from that injury.

I'm finally able to play volleyball a few times a month, and dancing once or twice a week, after more than 15 years of having to choose one or the other. Dr. Mark Belanger's work has been godsend after being in and out of chiropractic and physical therapy care for a little more than 15 years as an athlete and dancer - I'm most happy that I just have confidence in my movement and it shows when I'm dancing and digging balls (volleyballs ;)). For context, almost every PT I've gone to has just told me to do clamshells even when I've told them it just causes more pain... I've also felt a lot of ease in sharing constructive feedback with Dr. Belanger, and ultimately trust his work, experience, and the way he goes about caring... he's helped me develop and continuously improve a full body program to address a chain of issues playing on my knees - from shoulders, to hips, to ankles... ultimately it's been so effective that I can run in 4" heels (well, at least on weeks that I don't have volleyball tournaments)... tbh, there have been times when I've plateaued with my exercises or care, and just been happy that I can do a full squat most days without pain again, but he's continued to push me towards the goals I set in the beginning, and we're getting closer... more quickly than I expected... P.S. I may have cried in relief in some sessions... ... and shoutout to Dr. Tello for bringing in such a great team, and Ericka at the front desk for being responsive, and supportive when I've needed last minute appointments.

I’ve been working with Dr. Mark Belanger for almost 18 months now, essentially weekly, sometimes even multiple times a week. He has been a blessing to my wholistic health and healing journey. I’ve worked with multiple chiropractors in the past, and he is by far the one I’ve seen for the longest and most frequently, and for good reason. Not only has he taken the time to diagnose and appropriately figure out a course of action and treatment plan for an injury, but he has done it for a variety of injuries over a year and a half. From headaches, to sports injuries and even other normal day to day life things, he’s been incredibly helpful in not just “patching” the injury to make it feel better in the moment, but helping build healthy patterns and rhythms to actually address and heal the root of the injuries themselves. I came in with a lot of headaches, migraines, postural issues, and even some elbow/arm injuries from sports, and he has helped address all of those and significantly improve my day to day life as it regards to each one! Someone who’s even willing to do research outside of the sessions to find helpful approaches to the healing process. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a chiropractor, you will get intentional, personal care from someone who is friendly while he does it and very knowledgeable about his chiropractic practice as a whole! If you care about a more personally catered chiropractic approach, I would highly recommend!
