Dr. Francesca was very nice and professional. It was my first time at a chiropractor and she was very patient with me. She showed me some exercises to do at home which I’ve been practicing. I really like how Dr. Nguyen uses the massage blade to loosen my muscles because they can be very stiff. This helps so much when she adjusts me. She also explains why something is out of place or why something is sore, which helps me to understand what I can do differently to improve.
