Neck & Back Pain Specialists

I had some stiff neck issues that's been bothering me for years. Came here to get adjusted to help with the issue. The adjustments was a temporary relief that did well so I got the packaged deal that also included a free massage. I didn't use the massage deal until a few months in during my biweekly adjustments. The moment I schedule the first message appointment and got treated, was the moment I notice a drastic difference on how my neck felt. I didn't realize that I had so many tight muscles around my neck and upper body that was causing my chronic stiff neck. When I spoke to James the masseuse about my neck issues, he was able to pin point the tight muscles and release the knots. My neck felt loose after the first appointment, and when I work in front of the computer the next day, I didn't feel the build up to tighten my neck like I did before. I highly recommend getting a message from James along with your adjustments. Tight muscles was the culprit for me that promoted bad posture, that led to my chronic stiff neck for years. Getting rid of the tight muscles, getting my body to feel a bit loose, and then get aligned after was the combination I needed to fix my tight neck problem.

Monday, low back goes out. Walking like an old man. Pain level 9/10. Tuesday, pain level 8/10. Wednesday, 1.5hr flight to SNA for a family event on Friday, pain level 9. Thursday, pain level 10. I searched on Yelp and found Dr Balta’s clinic. What I read made me feel confident he could help me. I was able to get an appt within a couple hours. I hobbled feeling horrible. Consult with Dr. B was thorough and he made a plan. 30min massage, stim with ice pad and then an adjustment. James provided and excellent massage and worked his way into my trauma areas. 20min of stim and then back to Dr B. He adjusted me without any pain. He obviously has many years of experience and when he was done, I got up and my pain was at a 2. Phew! It was such a relief. It slowly worked its was back up to a 4. I rested, iced and was a stable 4. Friday, all day family event. I went from a 4 to a 2 by the end of the day. Saturday, woke up and I was at a 1. I did a few exercises and I was basically back to to full strength. Scheduled a class at F45! I just got out of class and I’m feeling great. I did take it easy on anything back related but heck ya. Thank you Dr Balta and James!!!!

I am so grateful to have found this place! I get very nervous about trying new space and massages but I have been living with this neck and shoulder thing for months. So glad to have found this place. Vanessa was amazing and helpful so even tho I was nervous, Vanessa's calm and kindness was much appreciated. Then James the body worker that has the hands of an 😇 healer! I even cried as he helped me release all the tension. I am going to be able to meet with the Dr tomorrow so will be able to combine the massage with help in alignment or skeleton part of this issue. Overall, I am so lucky and this is an amazing place that has been there for years! It has been at least 6 months now I think and I got to help my neck and shoulder get the healing support with Dr Balta! Can't recommend this place enough!
