Solo quiero decir gracias al Doctor Alvarez, estoy encantada con sus cuidados y conocimientos. Llegué a esta oficina con dolores fuertes de sciatica que me impedían caminar, en la primera cita me ayudó noté un cambio drástico la recomendación de ir 3 veces a la semana por casi 2 meses sin duda ha marcado la diferencia y seguiré visitando su oficina hasta recuperar mi vida como antes. So I signed up and they show the $19 price as screenshot. It near my new apartment on cave creek so I thought this might be office I can visit. my mailing address / insurance and ID is still tied to my house I own in Michigan so that’s the one I use. I get a call for you the price is $55 I explain I do have a lease agreement here I can show then the price is $29. They said that’s their price the $19 expired. So Beware of bait and switch and false advertising this office is doing.

I’ve been getting adjusted every week for the last ten years and Dr Alvarez is one the best I’ve ever found. Doesn’t miss a thing. He asks questions and responds accordingly. Doesn’t hurt that he’s a Palmer Grad either. My old stomping grounds. Five stars every time!
