When I first arrived, I was in significant pain in my left shoulder, my headaches seemed constant and I was honestly skeptical about chiropractic care. I didn’t know what to expect or whether it could truly help restore my mobility, relieve my discomfort and help the pain in my shoulder. But I committed to my appointments, arriving on time and rarely needing to reschedule—thanks to your flexibility and willingness to work with my schedule. Even simple tasks like typing or reaching overhead were painful and slow. But the commute was absolutely worth it to be cared for by such an excellent team: Dr. Maloney, Dr. Ruzicka, Eva, Veronica, and Miranda. The exercises you taught me—both in-office and to take home—were instrumental in helping me regain independence. I can now handle daily tasks like doing laundry, lifting items, reaching overhead, all without needing support from others. And I can sleep comfortably without feeling discomfort and pain.
