Your medical information is not safe or protected. For 20 min, I was waiting alone in a room full of patient medical records. Hundreds of records. I took pictures of them. (Attached ) (For evidence reasons only) I took pictures of the private information in plain view. (I won't post them.) Northwest is completely irresponsible with your protected information. Name address phone work SSN reason for visit ect. I think you have the right to know.
