I visited this chiropractor in early April 2025. When I arrived, the office was dark and no staff were present. The chiropractor came out from the back and gave me paperwork to fill out. Shortly afterward, he led me into an adjusting room. Before beginning treatment, he disclosed a serious health condition that he said could impact his cognitive functioning. He explained that I had the right to decline care based on this information. While I appreciated the disclosure, I felt uncomfortable declining service in that moment and didn’t feel I had a real choice. The adjustment session itself was troubling. He attempted to adjust me several times without success, repeatedly saying how “difficult” I was to adjust. Despite multiple efforts, the treatment was not effective, and I left the appointment feeling physically unsettled and unsure about the quality of care I had received. I’m sharing this to encourage others to listen to their instincts when it comes to healthcare. For me, this experience raised concerns about both the effectiveness of the treatment and my overall comfort and trust. I would not return to this provider.

Dr. Congdon is a true miracle worker. I've been coming here for years and he's given consistent positive results for every injury. Highly recommended!

The doctor said he had heavy metal poisoning but could still practice although he was very out of it and should not have had patients in that condition. Also his table kept on breaking when he was trying to crack my neck, he kept moving it back up and trying again but just ended up hurting my head. Do not recommend going here.

Not only do I leave feeling refreshed every time, but the online scheduling makes it so easy to go when it fits my schedule! The Doctor is amazing and consistently asks how I feel and if we need to focus on anything. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
