I usually start my reviews with pros and cons. However, when it comes to Dr. Mark at New-Life Chiropractic, I only have pros. Dr. Mark has gotten me through two auto accidents over at least a 10 year span. He's kind, patient, gentle, and thorough. You can say he knows his stuff. And I can't go without mentioning his Receptionist, Mandy. Always with a positive joyful attitude, always ready to help!! And she has a great laugh too. They are prompt to get you in and quick to see you once you're there. Dr. Mark doesn't suggest follow up visits unless necessary. At one point my insurance changed and Dr. Mark wasn't covered anymore. I saw a couple different Chiropractors during that time and no one compares. Thank goodness I recently had my insurance change again, and don't you know.....I was checking to see if Dr. Mark was covered and was. So, I'm back where I belong at New-Life Chiropractic in Hilliard, OH. They're definitely a staple in the Hilliard community. On the 4th of July, Dr. Mark always passes out hot dogs from the office. They must go through 100s of hot dogs. The office is nice and cozy and always clean. And has two massage chairs 💺 to assist with getting you relaxed before your adjustment. And the tens unit with the heating pad helps loosen you up too. That's my sigway to address a nasty review recently left by A S.. Dr. Mark in 10 years has NEVER suggested cranking up the tens unit in the manner described. He goes slowly until you say stop. Perhaps A S has himself confused. I highly recommend New-Like Chiropractic. It's hard to find this type of positive consistency in this day and age. Thank you Dr. Mark and Mandy for taking great care of me.

In 2011 Sullivan told me to “Turn it UP till it REALLY GRABS” w/respect to the TENS Unit he’d attached to the back of my neck,,, I turned it up as instructed & soon felt strange sensations I imagined would be healing. As I drive home, The back of my neck began hurting more and more severely until I reached home. I was in intense pain between where he’d placed the electrodes on my upper back Sullivan FRIED my entire nervous system. Afterward, I couldn’t feel sunshine on me, it hurt. I couldn’t lay my head down to sleep; for 3 months I slept sitting up in a chair. After that, I had to sleep exclusively on my left side, with my arm NOT touching any part of me and a soft pillow between my keg, so they wouldn’t touch (& feel pain). I have recovered 75%, but after all that, I have residual thunderclap headaches that also started after his “new life” treatment. He gave me a new life, all right.😞 Beware of this quack, He has no clue how to use his TENS Unit, unless, of course, he was TRYING to damage my entire body. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised. And to add insult to injury, he did inform me in 2011 that his treatment had NOTHING to do with my severe pain, itching & misery or the bright red inflamed patch between where he’d placed the electrodes. If it walks like a duck & quacks like a duck, he’s a quack. Beware. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

I've been going to Dr. Mark for a few years now! He is wonderful! The best part of his office is Mandi! She is responsive and I never worry about issues when I call for an appointment or have a question about insurance- she is ON IT! Dr. Mark and Mandi have helped me through some physically challenging times and I have nothing but great things to say about them- I am on my feet and living my best life because of Dr. Mark!
