I came into Abundant You with high reservations that chiropractic care could help me with the ailments I was dealing with; especially my shoulder and knees. I was blown away by the very detailed and informative approach Dr. Kevin took with examine me and then coming up with a plan for my journey. Within weeks of getting adjusted and following the treatments I was given, my shoulder was no longer feeling pain and my body was working better than it had in years. All the staff at Abundant You is excellent at what they do and they make you feel so welcome and valued as a patient. They have worked with me every step and continually pushed me to stay the course on my own exercises. Also, each chiropractor there asks and addresses all issues you are dealing with since your last visit. They don’t just stay to one plan or direction, they adapt to you and what you need. There are tons of amazing machines and equipment there that helps in so many different ways. I highly recommend stopping in if anything seems off with your body, sleep, headaches, aches, digestive issues, etc. with their care and programs, you will see results.

This is a great Hilliard chiropractor, actually we drive up from Grove City for appointments which include the adjustments from doctors Kevin and Ali. They also take a very comprehensive approach - stretches and exercises, inversion table, vibration table, with a lot of very helpful information that I haven't heard before and we've seen LOTS of chiropractors over the years. Here they are very focused on the X rays and are looking at them as they adjust you - again something we haven't experienced elsewhere but seems very important. Also they do the ring dinger technique (my personal favorite) and that's actually what drew us to their office initially, but with their approach we decided it's worth it to keep going to Abundant You for all our chiropractic care.
