I've been meditating for 15 years, and I had resigned myself to accepting that a certain significant level of body pain was inherent in that practice. When I saw Dr. Love, she was very quickly able to diagnose multiple small but significant postural mistakes I'd been making. I just got back from a 7-day meditation retreat where I put her advice into practice, and it was amazing—it was like I had finally learned how to sit properly for the first time, and I experienced significantly less pain. I first hobbled into Dr. Jennifer Love’s office 10 months ago, barely able to stand, let alone walk.
