I am skeptical/weary of chiropractic adjustments but I had this tight area I couldn’t get to pop and it was affecting my sleep. A friend recommended Sylas and he listened to my concerns with care. Sylas did some great deep tissue massage on the area first and then did one adjustment that made me feel unstuck! I left feeling so much better, thank you Sylas!

Sylas is an excellent chiropractor. I’ve never experienced pain from his adjustments, only ever relief. His kind and gentle nature puts me at such ease. I’m about to book an appointment after having been away from Portland for a while, can’t wait!

I have occasional back problems and am so grateful have found this place. Sylas is an great Doctor and an all around nice person. I would never consider using another practice.
