Great first session with Sonia. The equipment they use to see your body moment and posture inefficiencies is really amazing and insightful. Sonia took her time and explained many of the areas I was experiencing pain and why I was having pain. She released facia and conducted adjustments that made me feel taller and lighter when I left. I was also provided different exercises to do. I will definitely be returning.
