I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for about a month now, and I’m already noticing a significant improvement in my overall movement and pain. I originally started treatment for persistent knee pain from a hiking injury over a year ago, wrist pain from about 1.5 years ago, and sciatic pain that had been bothering me on and off for years. For the past 10 days, I’ve been pain-free in all three areas, which feels incredible after so long. I’m continuing with the sessions and genuinely look forward to even more progress. I really appreciate Dr. Kim’s thoughtful and targeted approach, while also learning about specific stretches and exercises that will help me in the long run.
