Dr. Ware is simply the BEST! He's been taking care of me since November 2020 when I was just a few weeks pregnant with my first child. 4.5 years later and another child and we're still going strong ❤️ He always listens to everything I have to say, related to my physical pains or not. I tell my family he's my therapist too 😂 I hadn't been in since 2025 started because my second child is a bit wilder and I always have her with me. I HAD to go see Dr Ware this week because my back was just needing him, and while I lay on the table with needles and a lazer on me, my daughter had a tantrum. He picked her up and rocked her to sleep. I tell you, simply the BEST ❤️

Dr. Ware is the most effective and knowledgeable health professional I have encountered. He made such an impact as my chiropractor ten years ago before I moved back to NY, I jumped at the opportunity to work with him virtually as a health coach. Over the past five months, Dr. Ware transformed my life with a personalized, tailor-made protocol to improve both my physical and mental well-being. We covered several different angles, including fitness programs, sleep hygiene, nutrition, gut health and stress management, to name a few. Most importantly, his caring disposition and intuitive nature enabled him to coach in a way that resonated with me. Dr. Ware provided extensive but bite-sized pieces of guidance and taught me how to observe what works best for my own body. His coaching is not a "lose ten pounds in ten days" gimmick. Instead, he has managed to help me adopt a new lifestyle that has led me to become stronger (both physically and mentally) and provided relief to chronic struggles with sleep and depression. I can't sing his praises enough. Dr. Ware is a rare gem.

I’m thankful for the services at Heroh. All the staff is very helpful in assisting you to train your body and modulate your body to be strengthened. I appreciate the warmth in personality. It helps to motivate you to get better on your own as well. Highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ware for almost 2 years and he’s been nothing short of amazing. I had had chronic sinus issues that never seemed to resolve themselves until I started seeing him consistently! I always feel welcomed when I go and leave with a smile on my face. 10/10 totally recommend!
