Over the phone, this chiropractic office told me that my mom would get to experiment with the cold laser to see if it worked before they would proceed with the treatment plan. This was an absolute and total lie. They said they would only test out the laser after she committed to paying $6000 for a treatment plan. When my mom told them they repeatedly confirmed she would indeed get to test out the laser…they refused to acknowledge that, and the chiropractor even got an attitude with my 70-year-old ailing mother who is in pain. This place is completely unprofessional and they promised something they refused to deliver. Shameful how they treated my mother. We will never return and everyone should know how they treated my mother. Unprofessional and totally shameful.
