Dr. Bo has created something truly special at Anima. It’s not just about getting cracked and sent on your way— it’s about healing, learning, and moving better in every way. Dr. Bo wants to get to the root of your problems. I have done 2 of his movement classes and we have focused on hip mobility and breathing techniques and I have felt amazing after! Don’t tell anyone this, but my boyfriend has a lot of chiropractor friends, and even he says Dr. Bo is hands-down the best out of all of them. Shhhhhh! And when you become apart of the jungle community make sure to ask about the secret menu item. It will make you feel like a queen…. Or king (hint) ;)
