Best experience ever! Dr Josh & his helping hand (Vickie) are great!

Dr Josh in Franklin is caring, very knowledgeable and a great listener! Ive gone to see him for a neck pain that would radiate into a headache. It developed after we scraped and painted our house. The pain would come on just by sitting through a movie. Ive seen him 6-7 times now. I can now say , in the last week, Ive not noticed any pain! Thank you Dr Josh!!

I visited Josh several times for adjustments. But something was always off. One of the first things he told me was when he previously saw my Mother-in-Law, that she was “checked out” and he knew she was probably “on her way out”. Then when I told him she died, he didn’t even say “my condolences” or in any way express sympathy or empathy. It hit me as super cold. His tone felt increasingly condescending as I continued to go to appointments, and talked to me as if I didn't know anything about my own health or what was happening in my own body. At various visits, he shared his opinions on drug efficacy and safety, and seemed to imply that I shouldn’t be on any medications. I kept going to appointments because I was feeling physically better, but things got worse with Josh. One day I was confessing that I was scared because doc had found a lump and I had to go in for a scan that day. Josh did not respond. It was so awkward. I stupidly brushed it off as maybe he didn’t hear me but what I should have done is walked out. I do not trust easily, especially men since 1 in 4 of us are abused by men. I’m not sure if whoever is reading this understands how vulnerable a person is when they come in for chiropractic treatment. First of all, they are in pain. Secondly, the chiropractor has to touch people's bodies and get very close. Thirdly, the provider is literally snapping your neck. THIS REQUIRES TRUST. In my case, I was in so much pain, I took a leap of faith and put my back in his hands. After this experience, I’m done with male providers. I came into my appointment one day upset because I had just listened to JD Vance agree with someone that “the purpose of post-menopausal women was to take care of their grandchildren” and mentioned it to Josh. He took the opportunity to share his negative feelings about Harris with me and shared he was “more on the right.” It was the last straw. I left. He was literally positioning me for an adjustment, and I blurted out, “I cannot do this” and left. I will not let someone who I don’t trust get that close to me or give me an adjustment. Being a health care provider of any sort requires respect of your patient, that means respect for the history and knowledge we bring to the table. And certainly, a provider who treats women should be someone who respects women. I did not feel respected. I will not be returning. I gave Josh and the owner two weeks to reply to this letter before I posted it. They did not bother to reply.

Dr. Josh has helped me return to an active lifestyle after I neglected my physical and mental health for years. I went from being in severe pain to a level of comfort I can only equate to living in pajamas. He genuinely cares about his patients- the people behind the pain he’s treating. Vickie is a bright light at the front desk too. There are a lot of options for chiropractic care. I am so glad I chose Dr Josh!

I highly recommend FJ Chiropractic. Dr. Josh and Vickie are so personable. Dr. Josh also does a thorough exam of his patients and creates a treatment plan. I've been to 2 other chiropractors who don't even come close to being as thorough as Dr. Josh and saw minimal relief from those chiropractors. Since seeing Dr. Josh, the tension I had in my neck and shoulders has improved significantly. It used to feel like I was always carrying a lead weight on my neck and shoulders before I saw him. do yourself a favor and check FJ Chiropractic out, you won't be disappointed.
