I see Dr. Shannon and she helped my heel so many times! Also, she really does a great job on realigning ribs. Mine hurt really bad, but after I was adjusted, it felt much better! She's super friendly and a great listener! 10/10 recommend!

Although the staff here were very kind and respectful, I couldn’t help but get a bit of a snobby vibe during my visits. Unfortunately, they also failed to send me a reminder for my appointment, so I showed up at the wrong time. On top of that, I was under the impression that the $85 I paid initially would cover part of my future appointment — not just the exam. It was disheartening to find out later that I’d have to pay again for the readjustment, something I wish had been clearly explained from the start. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and emotional. I went in hoping to get help, but instead I left feeling like my pain and problems were minimized. Yes, there are people out there with “worse” situations, but that doesn’t make mine any less valid. If you decide to come here, I highly recommend asking a lot of detailed questions up front. The people may be nice, but they aren’t always thorough with their communication.

My friend recommended here and I am glad she did. Staff are very nice and on top of things. Dr McAvoy does an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, and I only just finished two visits and my back feels better already. I was nervous about trying a chiropractor, but very glad I am. I wish I had come sooner, but better late then never!

Love Dr. McAvoy and all the staff!!! Everyone is so caring and Dr. McAvoy is so gentle!!! We have multiple chiropractors in the Waterford area but I make the drive out to Franklin weekly to see this wonderful team!!
