Elevate Chiropractic and Rehab

Dr. Anjie Surresh is a fabulous care provider. I was having severe spasm in my neck that was debilitating my work and life in general. She gave me a thorough assessment, gentle treatment and exercises as well as a dynamic self-care plan that helped me restore movement and comfort in my neck within a day. I came in feeling very vulnerable and left feeling very trusting and well cared for. It can be tough when your body is feeling guarded and so painful to receive treatment and this was a very positive experience. I will continue to refer my perinatal clients her way and see her for treatment myself as well. Thank you Anjie!

I went in with back pain (recommended by my massage therapist - when a chiropractor is recommended like that, you know the struggle is real) and Daniel and the team fixed me up in about 8 weeks. It's good to hear exercises and stretches to focus on outside of appointments. I'm writing this review about a month after I was in last and still feel great. May get back in for the rest of the year for more regular adjustments.

Absolutely love this office! Everyone has been so amazing and I have felt such a difference in my body and have felt so much better since seeing them. I've been wanting to see a chiropractor for years especially with how physically demanding my job is and I could not have picked a better place to go to.

I was experiencing knee pain that was not getting better on it's own after several months. On a recommendation I visited Daniel at Elevate but wasn't sure what to expect. He asked questions to understand my experience, did some chiropractic work and then had me go through some rehab exercises that I could then do on my own. He added different rehab exercises and explained what was happening while my knee experience was shifting. 4 weeks into his program and my knee pain has gone from a 7-8 to now a 1-2 (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being no pain and 10 being maximum pain). I appreciate the multi layered approach at Elevate and am especially grateful for Daniel's care. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for relief from pain and general overall wellness.

I've been getting chiropractic care for probably 18+ years and have to say that this place is amazing! Been seeing Dr. Jason for a couple months now and feel like a big missing piece of the puzzle for me getting chiropractic adjustments was not having the rehab portion after, and I love that these guys do this (how can your body actually adjust to the treatments if you don't also do exercises to stretch and strengthen?!). You're getting musculoskeletal work and assessment, and then time with a provider to have you do exercises and make sure you're doing them correctly (also getting homework?! awesome!). I feel like I'm in good hands with these guys (for me: neck, shoulder, back and knee pain) and have referred others to them as well.
