I went in complaining about back pain and they rubbed my hands and feet for an hour. Did nothing and barely touched my back. Overcharged for a poor service. Go anywhere else.

Writing this knowing I'm in the minority, and the chiropractic care I received from Drs Sanchez & Kamell were effective. However, due to "transition to a better billing software", according to office mgmt, I was hit with $400+ due -- ten months after the first five appts. I had also habitually checked my balance w/front desk after sessions in these ten months, about which I was always OK'd until last week over email. Also worth noting I resolved the balance in full. Taking emotion out of it: This is a people business, and people are imperfect, so things happen. Still constitutes a breach of trust. Putting emotion back in it: I'd rather have the posture of an overcooked shrimp than to experience this again, so I won't be coming back in. In summary (if you're still reading): The care itself was fine, billing practices not so much. May be smoother for others because apparently they're "finally at a place where [they] can be timely", which would've worked nine months and $400+ ago for me. Not now. Best of luck.

I’ve only been to Eastlake Chiropractic and Massage Center for massage therapy sessions, and I love it! This was my first time getting a massage so I was a little nervous, but the massage therapists are very welcoming and open to any questions you have. They also have a great front desk staff who are friendly and make sure to keep you informed. For example, I had an appointment that had to get cancelled once because the therapist got sick, and the front desk staff both called and texted me to make sure I was aware of the cancellation and they offered me some new appointment times. The facilities are also always very clean. Once you become a regular patient, you can use their online scheduling system which is very easy to use. They also have a parking lot, which is a nice plus! I always look forward to my massage appointments at Eastlake Chiropractic and Massage and highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic due to their unethical treatment of staff—particularly neurodivergent employees. A close friend of mine, a skilled and compassionate massage therapist, was dismissed in a manner that felt discriminatory and deeply unjust. Despite their qualifications and dedication to patient care, they were not given the support or accommodations they deserved. Workplaces in healthcare should model empathy, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices—not perpetuate bias or ableism. If you’re a practitioner seeking a respectful, equitable environment, or a patient who values integrity behind the scenes, I urge you to look elsewhere.
