I came to visit Dr. Plancich a few months ago when experiencing popping sounds in my neck turning it while sleeping. Also being in tech and working on a computer long hours for decades together got me worried about my neck getting stiff and potential implications. I have been seeing Dr. Plancich regularly last few months and getting adjustments. I can clearly experience improvement in the popping sounds and feel like my neck area overall is in a better place. Another byproduct I have noticed is that my blood pressure that was borderline elevated previously has got completely normal with a combination of diet and exercise and the adjustments done. Overall I would recommend visiting Dr. Plancich for any upper body issues. It needs to be dealt with very carefully and requires deep expertise. Dr. Plancich’s NUCCA expertise can be very valuable in treating patients with many similar conditions,
