I went to Dr. Ty consistently for about 1 year. 5 years after I moved away and had to end treatment, I can still say that he completely changed my life. Thank you

This is the most comprehensive, all-in-one service I’ve ever experienced! They truly have everything you could need — from the best equipment for any injury to a simple wellness checkup. I came in for an overall checkup focused on my strength and bone health, and the dexa scan was so insightful. Dr. Ty explained my bone density and body fat % with such precision, and he gave me clear advice on how strength training can help boost my overall health. Zyle is the absolute best trainer! She explained everything so patiently and thoroughly, making sure my forms were correct so I wouldn’t injure myself. I really appreciate her dedication to making sure I felt confident and safe in every exercise. They really have it all here for total health and wellness: ✅ dexa scan ✅ shock therapy ✅ meditation room for relaxation ✅ all the essential strength training equipment and more! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a holistic and complete approach to feeling their best.

What price can you put on mobility, strength, and freedom in movement? If you've ever experienced subpar health, you know the immeasurable value of being functional. Sometimes it's just the question of what to invest in, who to trust. I've been aware of a mild misalignment for awhile and posture that could be improved, as passingly noted on by personal trainers and pilates and yoga instructors. I didn't take serious note of it since I led an active lifestyle and didn't feel any limitations. Fast forward to my first pregnancy. I started to feel much more intense lower back pains. However, attributing that to pregnancy, still didn't do anything about it thinking it would resolve itself after the birth of our baby. Well, it did not and during early postpartum, I ended up moving in a peculiar way while picking up our newborn that left me in 10/10 debilitating pain - and I had just given birth naturally with no medications. That forced me into a chiropractor's office. The first place I went to was your stereotypical office and gave me a severe diagnosis and an intensive treatment plan. Now I was grateful for the first adjustment has it did help with managing the pain. However, I realized that was what I was getting. Pain management, a bandaid vs. a solution. And while those crackling sounds are satisfying, I could foresee that I was just going to end up relying on chiropractic care by going there or to any office that provided the standard level of care. How did I end up there? Easy entry for a consultation. I dont regret taking up that offer because now I know what most people experience at an average chiro's office. And it made it painfully obvious Denver Upper Cervical Chiropractic was on a different level. Believe their reviews. Looking for a second opinion, I had come across DUCC and the stellar reviews peaked my curiosity. What kind of a place has people visiting and returning again and again from all over the state, country, world even? Especially when there are seemingly tons of good options according to Google reviews. Another note was the mention of their office manager, Zyle, an unusual detail that repeatedly came up. In my humble experience, a business with a great manager and organization is worth visiting with their success inevitable, from all the small businesses I've observed and worked with. So another good sign. Upon walking in, the impression was positive. Plants, great space, a full weightlifting gym - all markers that health was seen holistically here, not just a standard doctor's office. I also look out for whether my health practitioners embody what they teach and serve as examples which Dr. Ty does. I appreciated the atlas approach to spinal health and once my x-rays were explained through this framework, it made much more sense. The treatment too was very precise and gentle. I find subtle consistent treatments produces true results, in the same way lifestyle changes leads to lasting weight loss vs. crash diets. Wanting to truly invest in this once and for all, I signed up for a 3 part treatment series which I highly recommend. Misalignments generally take years to form, it's takes a little more than one corrective phase to help the realignment stick. Afterall, anyone who's lived knows change doesn't come quickly. I didn't feel immediate drastic relief. I continue to have low back pain for awhile. However, I trusted the process did notice gradual improvements in my mobility. By the end of the year, we had eradicated the pain. A year i attended chiro sessions and they were easy to do because of Zyle and Dr. Ty, who work hard to make the appts efficient and effective. My scans looked amazing. 😍 the alignment was beautiful, it was truly moving, for I've always wanted to have good posture. Pregnant again, this time, my back and pelvis were much stronger. I'm sure it was part of what helped deliver our baby with such ease and recovery is a breeze. So while this was a long review, it was easy to write. You will experience heart centered service and ethical care in the skilled hands of Dr. Ty. Thank you

I suffer from Meniere's symptoms, and in doing research, part of the symptoms could be caused from misalignment of the Atlas C1 bone, and working with a chiropractor specializing in upper cervical treatment, could be a way to help alleviate some of your symptoms of Meniere's. What I love about this practice is that Dr. Ty is willing, and actually encourages you to ask questions to better understand how the atlas functions in your body, how your posture affects everything, and what the treatments are aimed to help change over time. I really appreciate this approach as I like to understand how the changes are aimed at solving the issues that you may be experiencing. Take a visit to their practice and I'm sure you will be impressed.
