A Happy Spine = A Happy Body! Choice Restorative Medicine are incredibly competent and caring! My left hip was out of alignment for quite a few years and Choice fixed it! I had fallen while hiking and my body became misaligned, even tho I didn't realize it at the time, a week later inspiration struck! I realized that I needed to see a chiropractor! They know the spine supports the entire body's structure and an aligned spine helps: the nervous system, muscles and joints and be.....pain-free! Highly recommended!

I've been seen at two other practices for my back and they come no where near the care you receive at Choice. ❤️

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others can be informed. I started going to Choice in the spring of 2024 due to ongoing pain. At my first appointment, they took an X-ray of my spine and pointed out areas they said needed work. Then came the surprise: they presented a “payment plan” that totaled around $2,000. I was caught off guard - I’ve been to several chiropractors before and was never asked to commit to such a large upfront cost. Still, I went forward with treatment because I was in a lot of pain. Every individual thing is a charge - they charged $20 for Graston, which took maybe 3 minutes. Also, they charge ($15) for stim pads, which I’ve never had happen. I’ve never been charged separately for that at other chiropractic offices or even by my massage therapist. Each visit felt rushed, like they were cycling patients through as quickly as possible. Multiple people would be scheduled for the same appointment time, and the actual hands-on treatment I received lasted about 5 minutes. In contrast, previous chiropractors I’ve seen spent 30+ minutes with me and offered much more personalized care. Additionally their fee is $50 per visit Another concern was billing. I was charged $50 per session, which seemed high, especially given how brief the appointments were. After investigating through multiple calls with my insurance and three-way calls with Choice, it turned out they weren’t billing correctly when I reported a new condition - leading to overcharges that took weeks to clarify. What frustrated me the most was that after completing the full treatment plan (and spending close to $2,000), my original issue still wasn’t resolved. I asked the owner if I could get a follow-up X-ray to assess progress, and she told me they don’t typically use X-rays to measure improvement as they aren’t always reflective of the change(s). That was confusing - if they were necessary to show what was “wrong” initially, how could they not be relevant afterward? That felt really misleading. I’ve since started seeing a different chiropractor who spends a full hour with me and doesn’t nickel-and-dime for every small treatment - including Graston. My symptoms are finally improving at the new chiropractor. To be fair, the staff at Choice were always kind and welcoming, and I truly hesitated to write this. But I’m still dealing with the financial and physical impact of this experience, and I hope my review helps someone else make an informed decision.

Dr Ashley was able to get me in with very short notice after I slept funny, leaving my neck in severe pain and unable to move. After a few sessions she was able to get me mobility back in my neck and back to normal. Thank You!

Choice Restorative Medicine is true to their name. They have restored me and i had choices on how and what my treatment would be. That alone is awesome. They ALSO provide compassion, respect and true empathy for your pain AND FIX IT. My right hip and left knee had so much pain (12 with 10 worse pain ever) and Choice Restorative eliminated it to ZERO. When i first went into the doors of their office, i was literally not walking very well. But i eventually walked out with the strut back in my stride feeling like myself again with ZERO pain or discomfort. All with professional expertise plus kindness and great care.
