This place is a depot for SDI to use in order to kick people off of disability a civil lawsuit is forthcoming as a disabled person you Dr Wong violated my civil rights by falsely reporting to SDI THAT I CAN RETURN TO WORK, AND THAT I RECOVERED FROM THE INJURIES THAT PREVENTED ME FROM RETURNING TO WORK IF ONLY YOU HAD ACTED LIKE A PROFESSIONAL AND REQUESTED DR RELATED INJURY REPORTS AND SURGERY RELATED INJURY FORMS THERE ARE A TOTAL 700 PAGES OF DR RELATED INJURY REPORTS,BUT INSTEAD YOU WERE ASSIGNED TO DENY EVERYONE THAT CAME TO YOUR OFFICE FROM SDI,YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR THE VIOLATION OF TRUST THAT WE AS PATIENTS PLACED WITH YOUR OFFICE.,
