Chiro One Chiropractic & Wellness Center of Denny Triangle

Chiro One and Dr. Maimy Ta at the Denny Triangle location was the only chiropractic office in the greater-Seattle area that would see me as a walk-in patient on a Thursday this October. I had some serious pain in my lower back that came up while I was on vacation and could barely walk. They welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Ta made some corrections to my spine and had me perform some stretches that really made a difference to my overall pain levels. I immediately started feeling better after a 45-minute session at their office. I also left their office with some pointers on how to stretch the area of my back that was causing me issues. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to long or short term patients alike looking for chiropractic care. I felt like, and they treated me like, I had been a patient there for years. 5/5 stars. Don't look elsewhere in Seattle if you need quality and quick professional chiropractic or physical therapy care.

The $20 promotion with two visits does NOT include an adjustment. When on the phone scheduling the first appointment I asked if that would be included they said yes and then as I left my first appointment I asked the doctor if the next appointment would be an adjustment that was included she said yes. I went in to my next appointment and the original doctor wasn’t there (I get that) But they had me sit through and watch two videos, looked over my X-ray and then listen to a sales pitch. Then the doctor told me an adjustment that day would be $70+. They never made any of that clear. I have gone to places that have $40 adjustments for first adjustments and on. I recommend finding a place that does that and does not waste your time and money. Aaliyah at the front desk is very welcoming and the best part of this place.

Very friendly staff! They actually use research and studies to determine what exercises are most helpful for you. Chiro One offers an excellent combination of physical therapy and chiropractic techniques.
