THIS IS THE WORST, MOST FRAUDULENT, INCOMPETENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN ASSOCIATED with, but as a teacher it is all Fresno offers. After I was treated by my Chiropractor they sent the bills to Chiro Matrix. They delayed paying the claims by saying they never received the bills, even after it was electronically confirmed they received it. Then after 2 months they said they said they never received the precertification and doctors report. My chiropractor sent it 2 times through mail and FAX. So after 13 weeks my Chiropractor finally was paid for my first visit. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE DROPPED MY FRESNO.
