matt and his team are awesome! I felt like they really care about me and took the time to make sure I left feeling 10 years younger. this place has everything you need, from cold plunges to hyperbaric chambers he has it all. 10/10 would recommend

Bridge Wellness Center is such a great place! Dr. Matt and his wife are absolutely amazing — they genuinely care about each person who walks through their doors and make you feel like family. The atmosphere is calm, positive, and so welcoming. As a mom of two, I really appreciate that they have a little play area for kids. It makes such a big difference! I get a chance to focus on my health, relax, and recharge knowing my kids are nearby and comfortable. It’s truly a space that understands busy moms who need time to take care of themselves.
