Immensely grateful for Dr. Arroyo and her skill! I came to Dr. Arroyo disabled by pain and numbness from a pinched nerve in my shoulder. I was unable to use my left hand/arm. I had tried medication, acupuncture, cupping, and massage with no relief. I’ve been weary of chiropractic care but Dr. Arroyo was kind, thorough, validating, and reassuring. AND I can use my arm again! It took time to work, but once I was regularly getting care, I had noticeable relief. Dr. Arroyo even noticed I had low back pain, that I didn’t tell her about, and she fixed it. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Arroyo for around a year and I can't imagine not seeing her for years to come. The regular adjustments have been thorough and comprehensive as she tailors what needs more attention based on how my body is doing at the time. She even provides helpful advice for stretches and exercises to add to my daily routine. The results are improvement in mobility and posture with less lower back pain and fewer headaches. I truly appreciate her genuine interest in my health and recommend Dr. Arroyo to those seeking effective chiropractic care.
