Edit: they went ahead and overcharged me and told me that I can get a refund later despite what my insurance company told them. I’m being billed for services they won’t explain what they mean. The office is clean, staff is fine, and it’s easy to make an appointment. But I want to warn other patients: this practice puts money before people. They push unnecessary treatments and products before taking the time to understand your needs. On my first visit, the doctor immediately tried to sell me expensive orthotics even after I explained my history, experience, and lack of problems. He never asked about my knees or hips beyond the intake form, and when I declined, he kept pushing. Billing was also frustrating — I was overcharged, had to argue in the lobby, then prove with my insurance on the phone that I was right. They eventually corrected it, but only after I pressed. If you go, only agree to what you truly need. Be cautious — they prioritize upselling over building trust or tailoring care.

Love Dr. Green! I'm not usually comfortable around chiropractors but he made me feel at ease. At my first appointment he took x-rays and reviewed them with me so I could understand what the next steps were and laid out a schedule for when I could see improvements. Within a few sessions, my headaches and back pain lessened. Now neither of them really bother me. My sciatica, which pops out from time to time, even seems to like the regular appointments I have with Dr Green. I would reccommend Back to Health for all your chiropratic needs.

Dr. Green is by far the best chiropractor in Indy and I highly recommend him. I had gone to a different chiropractor just for a basic adjustment to get my neck loosened up. This other chiropractor did not take any X-rays at all before he worked on my neck. As a result, he gave me a pinched nerve which led to severe headaches every night for about 6 weeks. It was horrible. I was in tears every day and I couldn't even sleep. So, I came to Dr. Green. He did X-rays so he could see exactly what was going on. And after 6 weeks of adjustments with Dr. Green and massage therapy with Steve (who is also amazing), my neck finally went back to normal and I was able to sleep through the night again. No more headaches. I was so happy to get my health back! The office staff is also a delight, professional and friendly. You can feel confident you'll be in the best care when you go to Dr. Green.
