I love my Chiro and staff!!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Xidos since 2018, and I can't recommend her enough. Every time I walk into her office with pain or tension, I walk out feeling significantly better—sometimes immediately. She's incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and her care goes well beyond just spinal adjustments. She takes time to explain what’s going on, offers helpful exercises for lasting relief, and truly listens. Even after moving to Lakewood, I still make the drive to Seattle to see her because no one else compares. She's just that good.

The staff at Atlas is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They understand how to make a bad day bearable. I always feel uplifted when I walk out. Dr. X is fantastic at her art (yes, chiropractic care is an art in her practice) and work with a no BS but empathetic attitude to get your body back into its best alignment. The best Bear dog is a wonderful bonus with some animal therapy he gives all who choose to have it.

This was my first visit to Atlas chiropractic. Dr. Xidos is wonderful. She is thorough, attentive, , knowledgeable, engaging and professional. In a nutshell, she knows her stuff! We spent approximately 90 minutes together. Dr Xidos did a thorough history followed with a thorough exam and took the time to explain her findings, in detail. She followed with x-rays and then treatment. I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain that I’ve been managing with corticosteroid injections, massage, acupuncture and stretching. Dr. Xidos approach was exactly what my body needed. Upstanding the root cause of pain allows me to expand my focus on treatment modalities. Thank you Dr. Xidos. Additionally, the team at Atlas Chiropractic is friendly and inviting. So many medical offices you are greeted by unfriendly staff. Thank you all for being so helpful and kind. Lastly, the team mascot…sweet Bear. Wouldn’t it be so therapeutic for more medical offices to have a 4 legged mascot. Bear is incredible. Thank you Atlas Chiropractic.
