Once I followed her instructions healing progressed quickly. A rare find a doctor that is passionate about your care and well-being not just a number.

I’ve been to chiropractors before that didn’t do a thing for me and I left feeling exactly as I did when I arrived. I’d watched videos online of chiropractors cracking up their patients and I could audibly hear the cracks and see the difference in the patient thereafter and I longed for that for myself. So I tried a place that claimed to do what I’d seen, and that never happened, so I never went back. It was like years prior when I’d go to a chiropractor and they’d measure which side carried the most of the weight, they’d barely touch me and I was out the door. So years passed and I did a search and found Alpha Health & Wellness. The reviews were good ✅, the Chiropractor had a website that I identified with ✅, but was it going to be like the underwhelming experiences I had before❓ I’d gotten on to make an appointment and gotten off without making an appointment (getting in my own way). Later I saw the Alpha Health & Wellness smart car rolling about and realized the ‘A’ was made out of a spine. I took this as a sign. I still didn’t sign up but had it bookmarked (I was inching closer to making that appointment lol). Recently I was in a rear end collision and I was determined that I was going to do it naturally and effectively and I got on Alpha’s website and got an appointment faster than I would in the traditional healthcare system. Dr. Sarita is different. She’s so personable and her work is GOOD! So many parts of me were agitated after the accident but her care helped me quickly. When I tell you the adjustment was EVERYTHING I needed I mean it! For years I have been trying to pop my neck (without harming myself) and I have been unable to and I’ve been in constant discomfort that I’d seemingly “gotten used to”. Dr. Sarita popped my neck, and I heard it and I felt it, and I was mentally and emotionally like “YES!” I have been better in my day to day activities and also my sleep has improved and life in general. As a driver, I’ve needed this for so long. My body is improving quickly in range of motion and relief overall. I am so grateful that an accident bumped me right into Dr. Sarita’s office lol! She has cultivated a loyal client for sure. Me and my body say thank you! 🙏🏾
