Alexa is great! I love how she does a bunch of soft tissue work before an adjustment so that the tight muscles don’t just pull you right back out of alignment. I was frankly nervous about dry needling, but have had a great experience so far, and have seen pretty immediate improvement in my neck and shoulder pain. I also love the space she’s in: Nurture WellCare Marketplace. It’s beautiful and has such a fun vibe (and good food), so you get so much more than an adjustment when you go in. Thanks Alexa!

Dr. Sheppard takes time to understand what is bothering you and she uses an amazing hear lamp while she does the acupuncture. It feels amazing.
