With Dr. Sam, I have found a regular rhythm of chiropractic care that helps me manage my pain in a meaningful way. So often nowadays with healthcare providers it is swift interactions. The regular adjustments with Dr. Sam are brief, but they are meaningful: Dr Sam always meets you where you are at. He can do this because he establishes a base with a more extensive exam before any initial adjustments, and continues to schedule this more extensive exam with regularity. So you always know you’re gonna get a good check in regularly, where you really get to sit down and talk to Dr Sam. He is an incredibly talented chiropractor. I am in my mid 40s and have been seeing chiropractors since I was a child. I am one of those people that needs regular chiropractic adjustments to feel good in my body. I moved back to San Francisco in 2022 and was so relieved to find Dr. Sam pretty quickly. I was in a bad way emotionally after a divorce. I was so broken. I could barely look Dr. Sam in the eye. His gentle care through adjustments and meeting me where I was at, every time, was one of my main tools to help me get out of bed and get on with my life. I can assure you that you will not find a more nuanced approach to your chiropractor care in the Bay Area.

This practice is and Dr. Sam embodies what it means to be holistic. The care provided goes far, far beyond high-quality. What has been most revelatory for me is how much this work has begun to tap into ways of regaining connection to a self that I’ve not had access to in decades: palpable breaks from hypervigilance and an increased sense that a new path toward healing is possible. His approach is always respectful, nurturing, well-informed & explained, and above all has encourages and supports you fully.
