Z Chiropractic and Decompression

I have been going to Dr. Z for about a month now. I have gone to chiropractors since my early 20's. I am 72 now. In all that time the first chiropractor I went to did help me. That was in California. Since then I had moved to Texas but was never able to find a decent Chiropractor. I have been to about 4 of them but never got any complete relief on my first visit thru my last visit. I am so glad I found Dr. Z. I received so much relief on my 1st visit, it was incredible. Been going in now every week and each time more relief. My last visit, I felt like dancing. In fact I did dance outside of my car after I left. I felt so so good. That night I mowed my back yard which is 2 levels and big. Normally, I would have to take constant breaks every 10 to 15 mins because of my back, neck and knee pain. Well, I couldn't believe it! I actually mowed my entire back yard in one swoop and more importantly no pain anywhere at all. I felt so good which just amazed me. When Dr. Z works on you, he explains everything. What he finds the issues are, what he is going to do to fix it, and even more importantly, why he is going to do it that way. He explains everything. I have never had that before with any Chiropractor that I have gone to. Normally, I would be tense not knowing what is going to be done, but with Dr. Z, he tells you and I feel so relaxed which makes the adjustments go a whole lot better. He also makes sure to ask you if you have any other issues and will fix those before you leave. He lets you know if you need to do anything that will help you (exercises, MRI, etc). One last thing! I have major neck issues as well and no Chiropractor was ever able to give me any relief at all! Granted, I do need another MRI, but in the meantime, Dr. Z was able to give me a whole lot of relief. I would get daily migraines on one side of my head and thru my neck. Dr. Z adjusted my neck as best he could without my needed MRI, that I have not had a severe migraine since. He is amazing! Their office is wonderful. Husband and Wife team! So friendly and inviting. Abby is the best! Makes you feel at home and part of their family. I have found the last Chiropractor that I will ever need. I can't thank Dr. Z and Abby enough. I have gotten so much relief and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is suffering and in pain. You will not regret it!!! UPDATE! August 6, 2025 I have been going to Dr. Z for awhile now and I am so blessed to get all my issues addressed by Dr. Z. He is amazing along with his beautiful wife Abby. I feel like I am visiting family when I go in for my adjustments. This last round I went 3 weeks without needing an adjustment... I could have gone a 4th week if I needed to. I feel so young every time I leave there and the thing is it lasts!!! You won't go wrong by coming to see Dr. Z. He is the BEST!

What a breath of fresh air. Dr Jeff is so nice and he knows what he's talking about . I left my Chiro of 20 + yrs because it was the same old thing everytime and I was Not getting better. I'm not going to say any names but just beware of the chiro place on Denton hwy next to tire shop. I'm so happy I found Dr Jeff and I plan on staying with him. Someone that knows what they are doing and he didn't hurt me .

After FIVE long months of brutal headaches & wearing an earplug to lessen the “wind” I can now say that my hearing has been restored!!! I didn’t get myself into Dr. Jeff Zwierstra Z Chiropractic and Decompression until a month ago... He took an XRAY and sure enough, there was no space btn my skull & C1. (My head literally leaned to the right) Somehow they were jammed up against each other & apparently causing the headaches and the noise. After treatment #2, I realized the wind was gone! PTL! I was and am beyond ecstatic!!! When something is wrong & you don’t agree with your doctor’s answers, all I can say is, keep pursuing it!!!!!!! IT IS SO GOOD TO HAVE MY HEARING RESTORED!!! Dr Z is amazing - we are still working on getting me to 100% but my hearing has been restored and the headaches are gone - truly incredible and an answer to prayer!
