Terribly rude. Called to ask location. Was told they aren’t accepting new patients and hung up on me.

Dr. Nancy is as good as it gets. Period. What makes her the best and stand out amongst other practitioners in her field is that she leads with her intuition. She. Just. Knows. Her years of practice, expertise and knowledge have given me my life back after a terrible car accident in 2009…. I sprained my neck a few years ago and was having a disproportionate emotional response to the pain and fear. She immediately connected that I was having an emotional trauma response from my previous car accident. She sat with me and compassionately treated my physical pain And calmed my emotional pain…When Covid hit and I had to switch my practice to virtual, I was debilitated by my back. I will never forget what she did for me during those months. She was my saving grace and without her I wouldn’t have been able to continue to work. Being in pain is an extremely vulnerable position to be in. Dr. Nancy acknowledges this, honors it and respects it. This is why so many of us trust her. She’s simply the best!

I have been going to Young Chiropractic Center for more than 20 years. Dr. Young is always professional, kind and courteous and does a great job at getting to the root of my problem. Young Chiropractic has enabled me to have less pain and a better quality of life. I sincerely recommend this business. She also takes most insurance.

my experience with dr. Young Is very disappointing. When I arrived at the office I was in significant pain, needless to say, I was grumpy. I had been there several times before but this time she refused to perform an adjustment without having x-rays. I grumbled about this and she told me to find a different chiropractor. Afterward I contacted her and advised if I was cranky I apologize but I am experiencing extreme pain and that I have appreciated her care and would really prefer to be her patient. She accepted my apology and set another appointment. I showed with my records for my new appointment. When I did she said I’ve decided we are not a good fit. I dumb founded. I have to think she has experienced crabby patients before, sort of goes with the territory. Who just turns a patient away when you know they are suffering. All I can say is she doesn’t deserve to have a license if she isn’t committed to caring for her patients Nancy there’s no reason you can’t work on me my doctors have cleared me and I gave you the images you needed. You didn’t refer me to anyone to help you just turned me away! 100%. Maybe it’s time to retire after 34 years… you do not care that I’m in extreme pain. I’ve seen many chiropractors in my life and a good chiropractor knows what to do to help fix headaches from whiplash and adjustment would stop the tingling in my arm. Especially after given the records. My health issues are due to carbon monoxide poisoning and adjustments help my migraines. I know my body, I’m highly in tune with it. I would never jeopardize your job but you’ll choose to keep me in pain for no reason so I will choose to leave a review of how you handle situations you don’t feel “comfortable” with. You had no reason you can’t do it other than you don’t feel comfortable. Well please go back to school if you don’t feel comfortable. If anyone is actually truthful about how they feel you turn them away because your license… the only person that would want your license is someone you’ve hurt or not helped. I’m sure many people lie to you so they can get adjusted and I chose not to so we could get to the root cause. Massage or acupuncture or anything could have helped. I find it funny you don’t know another chiropractor to send people too if it’s out of your comfort zone. That speaks volumes. It’s also funny you only had 5 reviews until me and now you are asking everyone for a review . If they thought highly they would have left them years ago when their treatment began. One bad review and you are scared. Quite ridiculous.
