The level of care is amazing! From the time you walk into the door to the time you leave. Everyone is so kind, but beyond that they take care of you. I have chronic “tennis elbow.” I came in at the worst of it and in the past 6 months I’ve been coming here it’s been a huge improvement. I like the different methodology they use. Instead of snap, crackle, pop, it feels more like a massage with a few elbows in there. lol. It goes beyond that though, they offer other form of therapies that are hugely beneficial. They have stem, ultrasound, and laser therapy just to name a few that I’ve done. The most interesting is the cupping. If you get it, be prepared for it to feel weird and uncomfortable. But the feeling of relief afterwards is worth that short amount of discomfort. They do the static method where they leave it for however long. Then they do the stripping method where they move the cup up and down. It’s the most effective, but it’s the most uncomfortable. Dr. Fiscella & Dr. Caruso are who I see the most and it’s an enjoyable experience even in the uncomfortable moments. They make it worth while. They offer other therapies such as sinus therapy and food & nutrition recommendations. They are just an all around fantastic place to go. I highly recommend if you haven’t gathered that by now.

I have been receiving chiropractic care for 25 years. The practices I have gone to in the past focused on snapping and popping the spine and neck back into place. Having the bones put back in place felt so good in the moment. But as time went on, I noticed things popping out of place much quicker than when I was younger, and the pain would return. It seemed like an endless cycle that I would have to live out the rest of my life. However, at Wilmington clinic I am receiving a totally different type of approach to my care. They shared with me that bones don’t just pop out of place. They are forced out of place by knotted muscles. And if we don’t address the root cause the issue will continue. Since my first appointment I have been receiving acupuncture to my muscles. They are knotted and will not hold my bones in place. It is a painful process because it has gone on so long and the muscles are aggravated. But as time goes on, I am having less pain and I can sit up straighter, I have less discomfort when I try to sit or stand for long periods or when I lie down in my bed at night. This care and clinical team have me sold. I am forever grateful for the kind help and hope they have given me to live a more comfortable life going forward.
