Horrible on every level took X-rays they discussed plans with Chiro and decompression etc. the price was a little steep, they offered payment plans which was through care credit and I told them I'd think about it, days later I see that my credit was ran and a care credit card was opened without my authorization, I called synchrony bank and they said it was at a $1800 max charged by whole health partners, I immediately reported this as fraud because that's exactly what it is. I gave no authorization and never signed up to open a credit card with them to pay for treatment in fact I have never even gone back since that day discussing prices . I have reported this as fraud and I have let synchrony bank know. I called whole health to figure out why a card was opened without my authorization and keep being told oh we will call you back etc multiple times now and haven't received a call back. Do not ever come here they are crooks and frauds. This is not at all ok. Funny thing as well, a credit card was opened in my name from them and I got nothing in the mail lol makes no sense. If it wasn't for me checking my credit report I would have never known. Trust me don't come here!

We just wanted an adjustment. Made us get xrays $$ Yall push too hard for long drawn out treatment with scare tactics. We were also lied to. The chiro said he has cured scoliosis before. Chiro tx cannot do that. It's not in any medical journal. Also price gouged even though we had insurance. Shpuld be about a $10 copay as we met our deductible but they wanted to charge $75. This place is a scam. This will be put on Google as well
