BOTH MY KIDS CAME HOME IN PAIN! Definitely do not recommend!! My husband took both of my kids to the clinic today expecting to see. Wetz. They had another chiropractor. Jalen Ferguson was filling in for him because Dr. wetz was on vacation. The receptionist said “she was told not to tell anyone it would be a different DR.” which seems weird because even a family dr, dentist or eye dr will say “your dr is not available but we have appts with so and so”. Even as a HAIRSTYLIST, we let the clients know someone else will be seeing them. There are so many things that can go wrong during a chiropractic appt and i take these appt very seriously. My husband has never met Dr. wetz So he didn’t question the doctor. Both my kids said the adjustment was painful and he used a lot more force than Dr wetz. I did a lot of research before deciding to see Dr. wetz last year. He was highly recommended by cornerstone church. I would never just walk into a random clinic and let someone adjust my neck before having complete trust. 5 years of treatment vs the decades that Dr. wetz has been in the business is very different. I was told to ice their necks and back. THAT’S the remedy for this complete lack of judgement on their end. I’m so upset we weren’t informed ahead of time and that the receptionist Mia could care less. I find it hard to believe Dr. Wetz would tell the receptionist to keep it a secret but if he did shame on him!! The receptionist said if we didn’t want to be adjusted by the new dr we could have left. Which also seems inconsiderate since we took my son out of school early and my husband left work to make that appt. Extremely disappointed!! Also, the receptionist was charging me full price for my appts and not filling my insurance for the longest time. I had to really put my foot down for her to do it correctly. I don’t know if she was lazy or just didnt know how to do it but they need to get it together. She really is terrible, careless and rude.

Dr. Wetz is one of the best Chiropractors we have ever used. He is able to get right to the area needing adjustment and I can tell quite a relief after his adjustment. Relief is just an adjustment away. His staff is friendly and professional. The application of the heating pads and vibrating massage relaxes tight muscles delightfully. We definitely recommend his services.
